I work with adults and couples from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. Many of my clients are professionals, healthcare providers, business owners, artists, and students who are navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I integrate cognitive and mindfulness-based approaches with somatic (body-based) therapy, parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and experiential techniques. Together, we’ll discover the approaches that best support lasting change, helping you develop greater clarity, emotional resilience, self-understanding, and well-being.
My orientation to psychotherapy draws from different modalities and is also tailored to my clients individual needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral models, as well as from work in mindfulness and somatics, depending upon what I think will best fit with the client and what the client’s own interests are. I also draw from modalities I’ve learned over my 30 years as a therapist. Please feel to call me at 415.312.0744 if you have any questions about my work or if you want to schedule an appointment.
