I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life. Many of my clients are professionals; some are students, artists. I have experience with clients ranging in age from their mid 20’s to 60’s. Most clients I see range from their 20’s to mid 40’s though I enjoy working with all ages.

I draw from cognitive behavioral models, as well as from work in mindfulness and somatics, depending upon what I think will best fit with the client and what the client’s own interests are. I also use EFT, process-oriented psychology, and draw from client centered, gestalt and other modalities I’ve learned over my 18 years as a therapist.
